Are there dietary changes that can actually prevent rheumatoid arthritis? And I'm probably going to give you a yes and a no. So yes, I would definitely recommend improving the quality of your diet, especially if you have a family history of auto-immune diseases or specifically of rheumatoid arthritis.
That means, following an anti-inflammatory diet which is great for all of us, and making sure that we've got all those great foods that are rich in essential fatty-acids, and we are not having too much processed food, or high sugar and all these stuff. But the reality as you could do all of that and you could still have an onset of Rheumatoid Arthritis.
So, if you do get Rheumatoid Arthritis, I don't want you to think your diet is necessarily to blame, but there're certain things that we can do to imporve both the prevention of Rheumatoid Arthritis, and then also managing it when you actually have the disease.
