Can an Anti-Inflammatory Diet Help Ease RA?

If you have Rheumatoid Arthritis, you may hear about an anti-inflammatory diet. And what that means is that certain foods will actually help to promote a healthy inflammatory response. What that means is, especially certain fats and proteins, as well as spices, think of things like turmeric and ginger, when I'm talking about healthy fats, you could think of nuts and seeds, you could think of wild salmon, you could think of all these wonderful foods that contain essential fatty acids, and those essential fatty acids, especially Omega-3s, are going to help reduce inflammation.

And what you want to avoid, and what isn't in an anti-inflammatory diet is a lot of processed foods, especially ones that have high amounts of added sugar in them, or processed fats or artificial colors and flavors.
