There's no really an overlap between the different autoimmune arthritis. Having psoriatic arthritis doesn't mean you're going to more likely have rheumatoid arthritis or any other type of arthritis. They are very different, and involve actually different path of physiology meaning different antibodies.
So having one doesn't put you at higher risk of having the other.
