Yeah, there are a number of conditions that are associated with Migraine and it becomes somewhat of a vicious cycle. It's more common to have sleep disorders, to be overweight, to have insomnia and when you have Migraine especially Chronic Migraine. So the patient who has one Migraine a month is less likely to have that, but the patient is having some kind of headache almost daily.
You typically can find that they have unfortunately some insomnia or some depression and it becomes suspicious cycle where not sleeping well worsens their Migraine worsens their depression.
