But some of the things that will be great for you, for example, trying anti-inflammatory dietary products, which mean making sure that you are emphasizing foods that are rich in your essential fatty acids.

Herbs and spices, instead of like sauces that have a lot of sugars and salts. You might also want to try a gluten free diet, but remember, it needs to be a quality gluten free diet. So that means incorporating whole grains that don't have gluten in them, or looking at other food sources, especially your fruits and vegetables that are naturally gluten free.
