What's the Difference Between Migraines and Headaches?

Read Transcript

All migraines are headaches, but not all headaches are migraines, there's a difference. No headache as I said is multifactorial but migraine is a like a disease, it lasts for two or three days. It's very secretical/g, it will appear more less and on the same time in woman before the periods, in men depending on the amount of tension and other things they have, then migraines has this photo-phobia, you cant look at bright light, hypersensitivity of hearing you want to close your ears, then you get then you get nausea, then you get sickness, you want to throw up, because the pressure of the fluid in the brain is so high, what you do is the body tries to vomit out, throw out the excess fluid to reduce the amount of fluid pressure to get, so if you it comes for three days two days.

So my approach is to prevent these headaches before they actually start, and that's the point.
