Here is a three part plan that can help you break that pain cycle. Find the right drugs and non-drugs, work with your doctor to find medications that ease your pain and stiffness and help you sleep.

They have all been shown to relieve fibromyalgia symptoms. You can also stay active. Aerobic exercise for 30 minutes or more, they helps sooth tender joints and joint pain.

Maintain a nighttime routine, have a regular bed time, relax with a little night music and a soothing room temperature and avoid the TV or laptop before bed or their stimulators they can make it hard to fall asleep.
