Suzanne Luft , NASM Elite Trainer


Suzanne has a B.A. in Psychology and has had a lifelong interest in fitness participating in ballet and sports from a young age. It was this passion for fitness that inspired her to become a fitness expert in order to help others lead healthy lives. She is certified as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, ACE Group Fitness Instructor and is TRX and Kettle Weights trained. She is also a certified Baby Boot Camp Instructor assisting prenatal/postpartum moms and new dads in maintaining their fitness levels while transitioning into parenthood. She believes that variation is the key to successful workouts and incorporates dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine and stability balls, kettlebells, training ropes, TRX and other equipment to keep her clients challenged. Her specialties are goal specific personal training for both men and women, prenatal/postpartum fitness, and strength training for seniors. She also leads running programs to help clients complete 5K, 10K and Half Marathon races.
