As a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Susan is known for specializing in functional training that focuses on core strength and weight loss. She is passionate about helping people improve not only their physical appearance, but also their quality of movement. Susan believes that your health is the most precious gift you can give yourself to live an active full life.
Susan is the owner of Fit 4 You Personal Training . Susan"s corrective exercise knowledge is beneficial in helping her clients prevent and reduce back pain as well as other muscular skeletal issues.
She knows the why, when, and how to take the beginning level exerciser to the next level. She challenges the advanced exerciser by using multi-muscle exercises that are fused with short cardio bursts for maximum calorie burn.
A trainer is a teacher, a coach, a listener, and a good source of encouragement. I believe that your workout program should be as unique as you are and based on your goals, muscle strength, posture and flexibility, I will design an exercise program that is "Fit 4 You". This comprehensive program design has brought success to my clients in terms of weight loss and overall health improvement.. Fit 4 You Personal Training is offered in facility, and in home training.
