Shawn Daugherty, Psy.D. is a Clinical Psychologist that has created and directed hospital based and out-patient programs for 17 years. As Director of Clinical Services, Dr. Daugherty is committed to Evidence Based Treatment approaches. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) make up the foundation of inpatient and outpatient clinical work. Trauma Informed Care approaches provide for safety and dignity in all programs. His background in the treatment of children and individuals with developmental disabilities allows a developmental perspective and understanding of how to maximize a person’s level of functioning.
