Rose Reisman is Canada's go-to nutrition and wellness expert. She is an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Health at York University, a Registered Nutritionist, and author of 17 best-selling books on nutrition and healthy cooking. She is a regular guest expert on Canada’s top rated shows: Breakfast Television, CityLine, Canada AM, 680 News (radio) and the National Post newspaper. Reisman is also the executive director of Glow Fresh Grill, one of Canada’s only restaurants serving entirely “light” cuisine and owner of Rose Reisman Catering and Personal Gourmet, a fresh and frozen food delivery program (HRM – Home Replacement Meals). She lives in Toronto with her husband and is mother to four beautiful children.
