Ronald is currently the Director of Transplant Services at Riverside Community Hospital. Ronald possesses over 15 years of experience in healthcare. He started his nursing career in Surgical Intensive Care and for the past 9 years his experience has been exclusively in transplant administration and organ procurement. He has held the positions as a Critical Care Nurse, Adjunct Professor of Critical Care Nursing at San Bernardino Valley College (SBVC), Director of Cardiovascular Service, and Organ Procurement Coordinator. Ronald earned has Nursing Degree at San Bernardino Valley College, his Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Business Administration from The University of Phoenix. He is a member of the following organizations: American College of Healthcare Executives, American Society of Transplantation, and The San Bernardino Sheriff Medical Reserve Corps.
