    I have q thirteen year old daughter with genetic high cholesterol and the start of a thyroid problem. Dr recommended a gluten free diet. She is already a little over weight but since starting the gluten free diet she has gained 12 pounds in three months. I'm very worried she will keep gaining weight and don't know what to do.
