I was having a conversation just the other night with a client of mine (Who is an NFL player) and we were discussing life after football and how many ex players gain weight after their playing career is over. It is hard for them to switch gears from gaining and maintaining weight, to living in the real world where that weight is detrimental to their health. Great to see a success story in the article I’m linking. The article isn’t full of how to tips but more of a success story and we can all use the motivation. Of course everyone reading this blog isn’t an ex professional athlete but we all have had obstacles in our lives or circumstances that maybe have had overall negative effect on our health.
