Keith is currently a Certified Triathlon Coach, Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Rehabilitation/Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Active Release Provider. Formally competed as a Bodybuilder and Strength Athlete; He has a devotion and passion in Athletic Conditioning for Triathlon, Marathon, track, and field sports athletes(soccer, football, and lacrosse). He also conditions tennis amateurs and pros. At present, trains athletes online and locally such as privately and for Somers Cross-fit. He is pursuing advanced degrees in physical therapy and rehabilitation science. Keith is often consulted by athletes, professionals and clients about Injury Prevention, Aqua therapy and Strength programs. Currently resides in Somers, New York.
