Bio

Joey is a Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC) as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). In addition to these certifications, he is a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Certified Speed Specialist (CSS) through the National Association of Speed and Explosion (NASE). Greany earned his Bachelors Degree in Physical Education at Martin Methodist College and his Masters Degree in Exercise Science at California University of Pennsylvania. In 2011, he was inducted into the Alfred State College Athletic Hall Of Fame. He is a four-time recipient of the Professional Baseball Strength & Conditioning Coaches Society (PBSCCS) Minor League Baseball, Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year Award (2011 Texas League, 2013 South Atlantic League, 2014 Carolina League, 2015 Pacific Coast League). Greany is a fitness expert for Dr. Mehmet Oz’s website, Sharecare.com and for Stackmedia.com. Joey's fitness segments have aslo been featured on Fox 10 Phoenix Morning Show. Currently, he is in his 9th season as a Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Kansas City Royals Baseball Organization (2014, 2015 American League Champions & 2015 World Series Champions).
