I love motivating and helping others succeed in losing weight and feeling healthy and strong.I understand the absolute value of feeling good, feeling strong, and being able to take care of my family. After my third daughter was born I developed some serious health issues, one of which was Thyroid Cancer, which resulted in over 40 pounds additional weight for me and absolute and utter exhaustion.I was very fortunate to recover completely and realized the importance of making healthy choices. I started kickboxing and never felt stronger or more energetic, one thing lead to another and I began teaching kickboxing classes, training in Tae Kwon Do, and pursuing a personal training certification. 14 years later I have learned how to help my clients make changes and understand how important a healthy diet and an active lifestyle are. Helping others to lose weight, feel healthy, and move well is my passion. mailto:email@example.com
