    Hey Vicki, nice to hear from you! I’m sorry to hear about your ankle; I’m sure the doctor has given you some recommendations regarding your exercise and activity.

    The 2600 cal per day total seems a bit high; also I’m not sure of your starting weight and how you determined your activity level as part of the equation.

    Just to let you know, Sharecare’s program can actually calculate how many calories you should be eating per day to lose weight based on your personal information. It also contains a food logging option and exercise plans. They may have changed the format, but just click on your FITNESS tab on top of your profile page and then click the “get started” button. You have to complete an assessment to get started, but it really doesn’t take much time. There are many great tools you can utilize and I truly believe it can help with your weight loss and fitness goals Vicki!

    Yikes! Can you believe it's been a month since I checked in? I have been blogging & some days food logging. I've added a heavier weight to my kettlebell swing ladder. I've gotten so used to my kettlebell farmer's carry that I use that form when carrying groceries up the hill to home. I even celebrated my birthday with a kettlebell practice at the gym and a 13 mi walk on the trails (plus a movie). Not much progress at the scale, but maybe soon.     Sorry Pattyann, I forgot to answer the second part of your question. If you are doing three days of weight training that is fine; the fact that you are so tired afterwards may mean a few things. Afterall, being a bit tired after your workout is natural. If you are that exhausted I would try to make sure you are getting enough sleep and eating a balanced diet to help nourish your body. Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats as well as plenty of water. Try to eat 5-6 meals a day; 3 main meals and some snacks in between. If it continues, I would speak to your doctor about the situation. Keep me posted! Best, Greg

    hey Greg Hello first of all and I am stumped I am not droping any more weight I am at 149lb and stuck what can I do to get unstuck feeling fustrated right now. Eating right exercisinig but still not weight lose,And the other question I have is I can only do 3days at the gym because I feel so tired after words do you have any ideas to get me feeling better. Really need to get the last 9lbs off. PLEASE HELP Thanks :)
