I have over 30 years of nursing experience in the areas of ambulatory care, emergency room nursing, intensive care, geriatrics, and health care administration. I am a Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ), and recent past editor for MERLOT Allied Health Division. For the past seven years I have been working in online education as a curriculum and content developer, instructional supervisor, and professor in undergraduate and graduate nursing, allied health, and writing for the professions. My current position is Faculty Program Director for Excelsior College Graduate Nursing program where I am also an online adjunct instructor. I enjoy adult education and have a keen interest in student-faculty interaction in the online learning environment.
