You can use ground, lean turkey or chicken in your meatballs. If you don't like the texture, mix half lean ground beef and half ground turkey and follow your favorite recipe. Cook them in the oven and then blot some of the extra oil off with a paper towel. Use fresh garlic in your sauce and serve
It's best to eat when you are hungry but if you are ravenous, you may end up overeating. If you are just a little hungry, wait 15 minutes and then eat. Some people eat when they are bored, lonely or sad so if that is why you are eating, take a walk or call a friend instead.
