When I start working with new clients I’ll ask them, "Where do you want to see your body a year from now and what can you do to stop blocking yourself from getting there? Did this happen because you caused it or is it out of your control?” I love to get people to think about their situation and what they need to do to get where they want to be. Also, thinking about what’s involved helps them create realistic and attainable goals. And that’s important. You have to create goals that are doable.  One goal I hear from my clients all the time is they want a flatter stomach. I’m guessing that a lot of you can relate. Well, do you really want to get rid of that belly flab?  If you’re serious about it, set that goal and make it happen by joining my Sit-Ups Challenge. You’ll start doing 10 sit-ups per week, working up to 20.  If you can do more, go for it!  Right about now you may be thinking, “I don’t need to join a challenge, I’ll just do sit-ups.”  Be honest, how long will that last? I designed the Sit-Ups Challenge to help keep you accountable and motivated. Picture that flat stomach. Imagine going down a pants size. Now take the first step toward reaching that goal and sign up for the challenge. Let’s get started!
