Fitness does not begin from the physical, it begins from the mind. What you think is what you get. So if you’re thinking, I cannot do this and I will not do this, then chances are you won’t do it and you won’t be able to do it. It’s time to switch that around. What you want is an “I know I can” positive attitude.  Now there’s a trap you might fall into. Don’t go switching that up to “I think I can.” Stay focused on “I know I can.”  Once you begin to tell yourself things like that your performance, your entire outlook will change 150%.  I’m Dr. Oz’s personal trainer, and one thing I can tell you about him is that he does not quit.
