Take Shape for Life Coach
I have worked in the fitness industry for 18 years as a fitness & wellness instructor for 2 fortune 500 companies dedicated to fitness & wellness of their employees. Nine of those 15 years as a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer.
I love assisting people along the way to achieving their fitness and wellness goals. It’s wonderful seeing people excited about taking charge of their lives in such a positive ways. They make the decision and are eager to get moving and working out, planning out meals and making healthy choices. Its great watching people’s energy levels increase and attitudes change, as well as their confidence and self esteem building due to increased strength and endurance, as well as helping previously injured employees get back to work. The commitment is tough and challenging but more then worth it, because, after all, “your health is everything”.
