Denise Miccoli Trent is the founder and owner of Complete Wellness LLC a company born out of a need to provide a total solution to fitness. She converted her passion for fitness into a career in 2003 after the birth of her son. She maintains her personal training certification through NASM and added a "lifestyle educator" certification through Metagenics to address necessary long-term changes so her clients have the tools to achieve lasting results.
