Cynthia R. Green, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist and leading expert in memory wellness and brain health. Dr. Green has served on the faculty of the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in N.Y. since 1990, where she currently holds the position of assistant clinical professor in the Department of Psychiatry. In 1996, Dr. Green founded The Memory Enhancement Program at Mt. Sinai, the first hospital-based brain health education program in the U.S. Dr. Green is author of several books on brain health, including Total Memory Workout: 8 Easy Steps to Maximum Memory Fitness, Brainpower Game Plan and 30 Days to Total Brain Healthand Through the Seasons, an activities book for memory challenged adults. Dr. Green trains professionals across the U.S. to deliver scientifically grounded brain health services through herTotal Brain Health ®program. Known for her engaging and personable style, Dr. Green teaches and lectures extensively on brain fitness and related topics. Her work has been featured frequently in the media, including Good Morning America, 20/20, Time, Newsweek, The New York Times, Prevention and Good Housekeeping.
