I am a Registered Dietitian with a passion for nutrition, food and fitness! I love to share my current knowledge with people to help improve their lifestyles and therefore health. I am also committed to continue to learn new things in the fluid field of nutrition. Everyday I help either children or adults make healthier food choices to improve their overall well-being. Everyone needs food to survive and I believe that it is important to be conscious of what we choose to put in our bodies, to ensure that we have the proper fuel for everything we do.
