Bio
Beth Marie is the fitness manager for the award winning Nike Sports Centers. Her responsibilities include managing over 100 group fitness classes per week; everything from ballet to bootcamp, as well as all personal training services and water training programs. She is responsible for staff on-going education events as well as assisting other Nike categories with fitness industry insights and product development. She is currently the fitness expert for the television show “A.M Northwest”, seen on Portland’s ABC affiliate station.
She is also a program developer for Group Centergy, a yoga and pilates based program produced by Body Training Systems. Group Centergy can be found in about 300 clubs in the U.S., as well as in Japan and Australia. Other fitness highlights include certification of Johnny GÒ spinning instructors and presentations at industry conventions like China –Fit, Nike Network Taiwan, Nike Beautiful Hong Kong, IDEA, Can-Fit Pro and Bodylife.
Beth Marie received her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Oregon. Her dance resume includes commercials and video work, as well as tours with Casa & Company, and guest appearances with Mobius Stageworks. She has been a guest instructor in several European cities, including a year with Cadeques Center for the Performing Arts in Barcelona, Spain.
She loves hanging out with her eight nieces and nephews, her step-son and her new husband who just happens to be her junior high school sweet-heart.
