Those who read my blogs (and I'm sure there is at least one of you out there, LOL), know that I changed my diet over 6 years ago, and completely turned my health around.  I started looking at the science of nutrition, not the hype of the latest craze or best seller.  In the process, I lost over 40 pounds and was able to get off my asthma medications.  (I don't recommend that you do this at home without doctor supervision).

Whole food, plant-based diets are becoming more mainstream these days, and there is a lot more information available than there was even 5 years ago. 

Forks Over Knives is a fabulous movie, and well worth spending 90 minutes to see.  It's available on DVD, and thru many streaming services, so there are no more excuses that it's not playing locally.  I urge everyone to get a copy, or stream it, just to see this movie.  Recently, the folks at FOK, have revamped their website.  Definitely worth bookmarking.  There are articles on health (based in science), recipes and success stories.
