Welcome! We'll add a new pose a day so that by the end you'll have a complete sequence. Hold each pose for about a minute, or however long feels right for you. The poses are safe for most beginners, but if you're pregnant or have joint problems, check with your doctor. Grab your mat and let’s begin.
