How can I establish my energetic baseline?

To establish an energetic baseline here is a simple easy to follow:

  1. Scan the outside of your right knee with your right hand, noting the depth and strength of the aura. Scan the outside of your left knee with your left hand, noting the depth and strength of the aura. If you wish, you can scan both knees at the same time with both hands.
  2. Scan your right hip with your right hand, noting the depth and strength of the aura. Scan your left hip with your left hand, noting the depth and strength of the aura. As above, if you wish, you can scan both hips at the same time with both hands.
  3. Scan your forearm, then reverse your hands and scan your other forearm.
  4. Scan your head at your right temple with your right hand, noting the depth and strength of the aura. Scan your head at your left temple with your left hand, noting the depth and strength of the aura. As with the above steps, if you wish, you can scan both temples at the same time with both hands.
  5. Take a break for a minute or two.
  6. Repeat this sequence until you get the same depth and strength measurements from two or three consecutive sets of scanning.

If you perform this sequence on a regular basis, you can help establish a solid baseline for your energetic baseline.

When you get consistent results from those four points - for example, after three sets of scanning, you’ve determined that your aura is 5 inches deep at each point all the way around; or, it’s 3 inches deep at the right knee, 6 at the right hip, 4 at both temples, etc. -  this measurement is your energetic baseline.
