When should I expect to see my doctor again after delivering my baby?

After delivering your baby, you can expect to see your doctor again in six weeks. During your six week postpartum visit, you're going to cover topics such as post-partum depression, birth control methods and how you're generally doing with the baby. This is also a time to do a vaginal exam to make sure that you've fully healed from your vaginal delivery.
