People who have succeeded at weight-loss maintenance use several strategies to control their food intake:
  • Eat breakfast daily.
  • Eat smaller portion sizes.
  • Eat fewer unplanned snacks.
  • Eat fewer calories overall (especially fewer calories from fat).
