Side effects may include headaches, dizziness, insomnia, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, constipation, and diarrhea. Contrave may raise blood pressure and heart rate. Serious mental changes, including suicidal thoughts and behavior, have occurred in some people taking bupropion.
