  • Bariatrician consultation to ensure you are a safe and eligible candidate
  • Psychological evaluation
  • Bariatric surgeon consultation
  • Preoperative testing
  • Two-week pre-op dietitian training
  • One-week pre-op and physical exam
  • Surgery
  • Postoperative follow-up at two to six weeks; then at three, six, twelve and eighteen months; followed by annually
