During week 32, contact your doctor if you notice anything that seems off or worries you. Never ignore a decrease in your baby's movements, changes or bleeding in vaginal discharge, vision problems, or severe headaches. Also be aware of Braxton Hicks contractions; these are normal contractions. If you are having four or more contractions per hour or notice any other pre-term labor signs, call a doctor.
