During week 31, you should contact your doctor if you notice anything that seems off or worries you. Never ignore a decrease in your baby's movements, changes or bleeding in vaginal discharge, vision problems, or severe headaches. Also be aware of Braxton-Hicks contractions; these are normal contractions that happen infrequently but normally throughout the pregnancy. You might notice them getting stronger now. If you are having four or more contractions per hour or notice any other pre-term labor signs, call a doctor.
