Make sure that you keep exercising and eating well, but understand that your work out may harm your child if it is too intense. If you have difficulty breathing or feel pain or dizziness, your routine is too difficult and should be lessened. Make sure that you are getting plenty of rest,  as stress and exhaustion can lead to several problems like poor nutrition, lack of exercise, depression, and physical discomfort.
