By week 14, you're probably past the worst of the early symptoms of pregnancy. You may be developing new symptoms like hemorrhoids, abdominal and leg cramps, and changes in your skin. All of these things are usually normal. However, if you notice anything that's out of the ordinary or if you have severe pain or cramping, talk to your doctor right away. This is especially true for any vaginal bleeding, since that's not normal at this point in pregnancy.
