In week 13 of pregnancy, your baby's body is growing quickly to catch up with the head. Now, your baby's head only accounts for 1/3 of its total length. Your baby now has distinct fingerprints on its fingers. Also, your baby's organs are developing rapidly - the intestines are moving from the umbilical cord (where they developed) into the abdomen, and the kidneys are starting to produce urine.
