It's important to know that by week 11, you're probably starting to feel more pregnant but more energetic. Your baby is starting to move around more with its developing limbs, but you can't yet feel that movement. If you do think you feel movement, you probably are having gas (a common symptom at this point in pregnancy) or are further along than you thought! Since your baby is officially in the fetal period at this point, nutrition is more important than ever. Your appetite may be coming back, but don't overindulge in your cravings -- your normal diet may provide enough calories at this point, and for the last six months of your pregnancy you only need about 300 extra calories to support your baby. Talk to your doctor if you have questions about how your diet choices can affect your baby at this point in your pregnancy.
