What are some reasons why seniors do not like to go on walks?

Seniors may not enjoy walking depending on the time of year. If in the middle of the summer then the weather may be too hot. If so, take them out early. If in the winter then I think the answer is obvious, not many people like walking during cold winter months. They may be afraid that they cannot do it or that they may fall. You have to build trust with individuals in order for them to be willing to outside their comfort zone. First, build trust, second, go for a walk.

They have a lower tolerance than younger people for exercise. They have poor blood flow and can cause pain to joints and muscles. That's why you should exercise daily and upkeep the hobby through out your life.
