The most common symptoms are discharge, odor, and itching.  Some patients may have vaginal burning or abdominal pain.  Sometimes the only symptom is pain with intercourse.

The most common symptoms of vaginal infections are itching and unusual discharge. Vaginal odor and pain may also occur during urination or intercourse. However, sometimes women aren't aware that they have a vaginal infection because there are no symptoms at all.
