When preparing for any type of volleyball boot camp, it is crucial to plan ahead. Give yourself approximately eight weeks. Familiarizing yourself with some of the grueling activities you will be doing during hell week. Bleachers, ladders, and shuttle runs are usually inevitable during this time. Perform light resistance training using exercises such as push-ups, shoulder presses, squats and plyometric jump training.
