Taking a vitamin supplement is probably a good idea, but the choices are endless. Find out which supplements are most important for young women in this video from Harvard Medical School's Dr. Howard LeWine.

As a young woman, taking a vitamin supplement may be a good idea. Research has shown that for women of childbearing age (if you are able to have a period) then a prenatal vitamin is beneficial for you and your future children. Otherwise, consuming a well-balanced diet would be best.
