Should I avoid certain foods while taking phytonadione?

You can continue eating your usual diet while taking phytonadione (vitamin K). However, do not change your usual intake of foods that contain a lot of vitamin K--broccoli, cauliflower and green leafy vegetables such as spinach. Check with your doctor before making major changes to your usual diet.
