Niacin is found in a variety of foods. Animal sources include liver, chicken, salmon, beef, and eggs. Niacin is also found in whole grain products and legumes. Carrots, broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, dates, avocados, and leafy green vegetables are good sources of niacin. Nuts are also a good source of niacin.
