Does urethral cancer affect children differently than adults?

Urethral cancer would technically affect children in the same ways that it affects adults. However, adults are much more likely to be diagnosed with this rare condition. Adults over the age of 50 or 60 are most likely to have this disease. Narrowing the diagnostic field even more, Caucasian women are the most susceptible to urethral cancer.
