How should I perform hip circle exercises?

Begin with your hands on your hips and your feet together. Pick up one leg up in front of the body at the hip and rotate it in a clockwise or counter clockwise fashion, then lower it. Reverse the movement by bending the leg up at the hip to the side and rotating it in the fashion before lowering it. Repeat these ten times. Perform on the opposite leg.

Hip circle warm-up exercises can easily be performed before any kind of exercise. Here's how:



1. Begin with your hands on your hips and your feet together.

3. Reverse the movement by bending the leg up at the hip to the side and rotating it forward before lowering it.

4. Repeat this ten times.

5. Perform on the opposite leg.
