Standing on an exercise band with your feet shoulder-width apart, hold the handles down by your sides. Slowly lift your right hand (palm side up) out in front of the right side of your chest and then back down. Do the same thing with your left hand. For each arm, do 25 reps. If this is easy for you, do both at the same time. To make it harder: After finishing the set, hold both hands at the highest point for 30 seconds, palms facing up.
