Are there exercises to increase breast size?

The only way to increase the size of your breast would be a result of working those muscles and muscles within the area.  Your primary muscles are your pectorals.  Exercises such as a push-up, chest press, and chest fly will help to build strength in your pectorals.  In order to gain size you must focus on lifting heavier weight for less reps with longer rest in-between sets.

Only by building up your pectoral muscles. 

Here are 3 examples of exercises that work the pectorals well:  The Dumbbell Bench Press, which you can do at home with just a bench and some dumbbells.

Or, if you have access to a health club with a Chest Press Machine, you can do this exercise.

Or, you can try just doing standard push ups if you have no equipment whatsoever.
